She’s Alive !!!
Thanks to Tom Merring with the help of Warren Jablonski we fired up the blue ’62 Impala formerly
owned by Verne Frantz. It’s the first time the car has been run in probably 40 years. Verne rebuilt the
motor but never got the chance to start it up. So, with the help of Tom’s knowledge about setting valves, priming the motor, etc. we got the motor running and broke in the solid lifter cam. I am looking forward to driving this car this spring … Whoo Hoo.
